8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Monday - Friday
Our practice will take the lead from Kingsport City schools closure policy, but will make every attempt not to close for the entire day. If Kingsport City Schools either delays or closes, our office will cancel all appointments from 8:00 AM through 9:50 AM and start seeing patients at 10:00 AM. On snowy or icy days, please check by radio, television or internet for Kingsport City Schools’ announcements concerning closures or delays.

WHEN SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT:
You can contact our office anytime during regular hours of operation to schedule an appointment. We accept new patients without physician referral unless required by your insurance. If your problem is urgent and you need to reach us after hours, you can call the office number and you will be directed to the person on call. In the event of a true emergency, please seek medical attention at your closest emergency room.

INSURANCE:
We accept most managed care plans as well as Medicare and will gladly assist in filing your claim. If you need specific information about insurance plans we accept, please contact our office.
